Our client is seeking to employ an expatriate /ghanean who has considerable hands-on experience in manufacturing process of concrete products (i.e. blocks, pavement block and pipes) and the use of manufacturing plant with PLC system. This individual will be their Plant ManagerThe Plant Manager will manage all operational aspects of the plant (production process, maintenance, production schedule and quality); ensure smooth running of the plant in general, and maintain safe and efficient plant operations. The Plant Manager will also maintain a productive, high output, respectful and positive work environment.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have technical education or training in Electrical/Electronic with considerable working knowledge of manufacturing process of concrete products. OR Civil engineering with considerable working knowledge of electrical/electronic, specifically PLC system
