This is a common issue raised by buyers. Here's an example of how it works on Amazon:

Due to Amazon's system settings, the same product can be sold by one or multiple sellers. If you place the order with an incorrect store, you will not be eligible for a rebate.

Important: You must select the correct store when placing your order to receive your rebate.

How DZDEAL Works

After you submit an order on DZDEAL, our system will automatically send the product's store information and purchase link to your email.

Note: You must carefully check this email. Use the provided link and find the correct store to complete your order.

If the wrong store is used, your submission with the order number and screenshot will be rejected during review.

Guide to Finding the Correct Store

  1. Open the email from DZDEAL to get the purchase link and store information.


  2. Click the link to open the product page on Amazon. The default store displayed might be wrong.


  3. Look for the "Other Sellers on Amazon" section, typically on the right side of the page. Click ">" to view all sellers.


  4. Find the correct store from the list and place your order.


  5. Upload the order details to DZDEAL. By following these steps, you will receive the full rebate.
