DZDEAL

Rule Details:

Refunded Orders:  

If the platform has already issued a refund for an order, buyers are not allowed to initiate any return or refund requests for any reason.  

Off-Platform Orders:  

For products purchased through other channels (e.g., Amazon, independent websites, etc.),

 if a refund has already been obtained via DZDEAL, any voluntary return or refund request will be considered fraudulent.  

Violation Consequences:  

- Immediate account suspension, with all pending refunds automatically canceled.  

- Permanent blacklisting from the platform, prohibiting re-registration or participation in any future activities.
