We have recently received feedback that some of you have encountered difficulties when trying to leave product reviews on Amazon, 

including being unable to submit reviews successfully or having reviews rejected by the platform.

Please rest assured that such situations will absolutely not affect your normal cashback. 

We will continue to process rebates as scheduled.


Based on our analysis, these issues are often related to the rules set by the Amazon platform to maintain the authenticity of reviews. 

If a buyer account places orders and leaves reviews too frequently within a short period, it may lead to a high "review rate" for the account, 

which can trigger the platform's restriction mechanisms.


To help you leave reviews more smoothly and maintain the long-term health of your Amazon account, 

we have compiled the following suggestions based on the platform's rules:




1. Maintain Natural Account Activity and Leave Reviews in Moderation


* We recommend using this Amazon account normally for your everyday shopping (e.g., purchasing some low-value items you need).

* For these everyday orders, you do not need to leave a review for every one. 

This helps increase the total number of orders, thereby lowering the overall "review rate" of your account, 

making your account activity appear more natural and healthy in the platform's view.



2. Distribute Orders and Reviews (If Conditions Allow)


* If possible, consider collaborating with family members to use different Amazon accounts for placing orders and leaving reviews.

* You can also prepare a dedicated backup buyer account (please log in using a separate mobile device). 

Distributing orders across different accounts can effectively reduce the shopping and review frequency of a single account, 

minimizing the risk of attracting platform scrutiny.




3. If You Still Cannot Leave a Review Successfully


* After a failed attempt to leave a review, please send a screenshot showing the issue along with your DZDEAL order number to our support email: support@dzdeal.com.

* Our team will verify the situation and provide you with a specific solution (again, this does not affect your cashback).
