Rule Details
Refunded Orders
Once the platform completes the refund for an order, buyers shall not submit any further return or refund application for any reason.
Off-Platform Orders
For goods purchased via third-party channels such as Amazon and official independent stores,
if you have already received refunds through DZDEAL, any active return or refund application will be deemed improper conduct.
Violation Consequences
Your account will be suspended immediately, and all pending refunds will be cancelled automatically.
- You will be permanently banned from the platform, and you are forbidden to register new accounts or take part in any subsequent activities.
